Mark Hilton

Marks journey through the heart of theatre and entertainment has provided him with a rare understanding of the industry's inner workings. With nearly 30 years of experience as a performer and both Resident and Associate Director on Newsies, School Of Rock, Hairspray, Jersey Boys & Mamma Mia! to name a few.  Having Directed productions at esteemed institutions such as Tring, Laines and Italia Conti, he now launches an agency designed to empower talent.  In a world of constant transformation, Mark and Dean offer guidance and unwavering support to help artists reach their full potential.

Dean trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated…..many years ago. Since graduating Dean has performed in many a show in the West End, as well as shows around the UK and internationally. International Touring being his favourite. In fact it was the International Tour of Mamma Mia that first brought Dean and Mark together, Mark being the resident director and Dean being a cover of the “Dads.” In 2024 Dean started working as an agent, a lifelong dream, for AKT Cymru. Securing essential experience in this field has been rewarding, he even secured a job for himself in the West End production of Moulin Rouge. Dean is beyond excited to have formed Hilton Read Management with his friend, Mark. Their aim - for Hilton Read to be a leading agency in the UK, where client progress and achievement is at its core. 

Hannah Ellaway

Hannah is excited to be working with Mark and Dean, managing the young performers part of Hilton Read Management. With a lifelong passion for the performing arts, her journey began as a young performer, attending Sylvia Young Theatre School before continuing her training at Italia Conti. Hannah’s early experience in the industry has given her a deep understanding of the dedication and commitment required to succeed as a young performer.
Over the years, she has worked extensively with children and young people in the performing arts, including a project in Barbados, owning and running her own performing arts school, producing and directing numerous youth theatre productions, and chaperoning young performers. Hannah is passionate about nurturing talent, supporting young artists, and helping them build confidence while pursuing exciting opportunities within the industry.
